Apparently the hottest and "best" gift for Christmas 2010 is the new Microsoft Kinect device. It's a video game controller system that allows you to play without actually having a typical controller in your hand. It contains a camera and infrared lighting system that measures your body movements. So it could be the ultimate home fitness device if it catches on! I want to get one for my MS Xbox and possibly buy one for my cousins. But first I want to know if it really works. Right now it's hard to find any real user reviews of the Kinect because it hasn't actually been released yet. But I was able to come across the interesting article below.
