In my quest to burn fat, lose weight, build muscle, and get fit (fast) I've learned one important thing: having to go to gym really sucks. Actually, it's fun but when you don't have time (which is usually my case) it can turn into a big pain in the but. One home workout option I've found that provides as good, if not better, results as a typical gym workout i the TRX Suspension Trainer. I don't have my own yet but I was lucky enough to use my friends for the past couple of weeks. Overall it seems like a very good product.
